The Qt (pronounced "Q-T" or "cute") Meetup group covers everything Qt: roadmap information, deep architectural discussion, best practices, gotchas and hands on technical support. We will cover the logistics of Qt app deployment to desktop, embedded, tablets and mobile devices including tooling requirements/behavior/usage. Linux is the dominant operating system in the embedded space and it is where Qt5 has made numerous inroads into various verticals. All are welcome.

This meetup is designed to help understand what HTML5 is and how we can use it now. We'll explore the new elements and have some fun debates about browser implementations and new api's. We'll also take a look at the relationship between HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript on both desktop and mobile devices using Responsive Web Design. The meetup is great for the technical web designer/developers, but we encourage anyone to join who wishes to understand HTML5 better.
